Francis Morrone, Architectural Historian and Writer

Stanford White was an American architect and was a partner in the architectural firm, McKim, Mead and White, one of the most significant Beaux-Arts firms.  He designed many houses for the rich, in addition to numerous civic, institutional and religious buildings. Most notably among them are Madison Square Garden II; Washington Square Arch; Rosecliff, Newport; Rhode Island State House, Providence
